How long will it be before
The bright candle burns no more
Shadows move as the sun sets
And everyone soon forgets
Water spilled evaporates
One man loves, another hates
But day's end is always met
And in the dark they forget
In my unlit room I shake
Remembering 'til I ache
For peace I can't give or get
Dark brings things I can't forget

Night Blanket...I'm not sure if I love the way these three stanzas fit together, I feel like most of the connection might be only in my head...anyway I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about it so as always COMMENTS/CRITICISMS ARE WELCOME.
